Chef John brings over 25 years of experience to every event. His culinary journey took him through some of the region’s most celebrated kitchens - General Warren Inn, The Ship Inn, Avalon Restaurant, Duling-Kurtz, Victory Brewing Company and the iconic Birchrunville Store Cafe.
It all started at his grandparent’s restaurant, Pop’s Barrell Inn, where watching the kitchen come alive as a child planted a curiosity that never faded. Chef John believes great food is more than a meal - it’s the backdrop to life’s most treasured moments. His passion lies in bold, thoughtful flavors that turn every event into a memory worth keeping.
